The Serious-Side-Effects-Of-Herbs
Almost Never Come From The Herb Itself

Many people have questions about the serious-side-effects-of-herbs and they are very surprised at the real truth about those side-effects. There are basically two general fields of herbal-side-effects but the general public considers only one aspect. That is the immediate physical side effect. The real beauty of herbal-side-effects are almost never considered.

Consider that herbs have been in use for thousands of years by the human population with minimal problems. Man has experimented with herbs for as long as he has existed. Now, there are poisonous herbs or plants in the world, that if eaten, will kill you, but you must find them for yourself because they're generally not sold in health food stores.

From a physical standpoint there are basically five reactions that might occur from using too much of an herb: you may sweat, become nauseous and throw up, have an unexpected bowel movement or urination and possibly all four at the same time. The last herbal-side-effect someone might experience is a rash. Some herbs cause the body to purge toxins through the skin and result in a skin rash. Note:” purging through the skin” will be covered in a later page. Purging is a good thing, not a bad thing.

As an example let's use one of the most popular and safest herbs in existence, although it is rarely thought of as a medicinal herb. That herb is cayenne pepper. Cayenne pepper is documented as a medicinal herb as far back as the Roman Empire to thin the blood and stop bleeding. Now to experience the serious-side-effects-of-herbs grab a handful of extremely hot cayenne pepper capsules and down them with a glass of water.

Congratulations! You've just experienced some really physical serious-side-effects-of-herbs. You have probably burned a hole in your stomach lining, sweat profusely, felt extremely nauseous, thrown up, experienced rapid heart beat, will probably develop a rash and think you’re going to die. Warning you get the picture without doing it and we really don’t recommend this experiment.

It's almost always the user that causes the side effects and not the herbs. Start slowly and work your way up when using an herb.

Now I suggest that you purchase a book called “There Are No Incurable Diseases” by Dr. Richard Schulze, rid yourself of your disease and get ready for the really serious-side-effects-of-herbs.
