Get-well-stupid means educating yourself so that you no longer fear any disease or sickness. It doesn't matter if you have cancer, gallstones, kidney stones, the Jerry Lewis diseases, arthritis, Alzheimer's, heart disease, or low-energy. It just doesn't matter!

If you really want to get–well-stupid, then educate yourself on how your body works. It's not rocket science, give your body the tools and it will heal itself every time! Okay, maybe it is rocket science.
